Families should arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before each session and leave no later than 15 minutes after the session. This is to allow enough time for staff to have their lunch and for cleaning and preparation between sessions and after sessions.

To comply with statutory regulations we are only allowed 16 children in the nursery at any one time therefore all sessions have to be pre-arranged with the Centre Co-ordinator or Nursery Supervisor.

Sibling's are welcome into the setting but only by arrangement and must stay with the parent/carer as we cannot accommodate them in the nursery.

All sessions are pre-arranged to meet the individual needs of the child. These are arranged through the Centre Co-ordinator and Nursery Supervisor.

The Centre can provide up-to-date information on other agencies and help and advice beneficial to your child.

There is a loan systemt for specific toys which are relevant to your child's needs and abilities for a small charge. Please speak to the Centre Co-ordinator or the Nursery Supervisor in this regard.

A calendar indicating opening times, Holidays and cleaning days is available from the office on noticeboards and online throughout the year. These cleaning weeks will be notified in advance within the Centre and on our Diary page.

As an OFSTED Registered Creche – regular inspections are undertaken. Our latest report is available from the Registered Office of on the OFSTED web site. Our last inspection was on the 21st February 2005 where the Inspector stated:
"The Centre offers an invaluable service to children under five who have special needs and their parents and carers. Services provided involve a multidisciplinary approach to supporting children's individual development and learning."
